Job Description
- Overall 8+ Years of IT Experience Should have experience of Resource Management at least
- 5 Years Experience in Bench Management Experience in hiring processes
- Should be able to maintain resource skills and deployment process
- Should have experience in generating reports for utilization billability grade pyramids etc.
- Experience in planning organizing and tracking Digital Trainings Experience in creating management review reports.
- Experience in Advance MS Excel Good Knowledge Microsoft Tools
- Good Communication skills
- Oral and written Self-starter and should be able to engage new joiners and existing employees at different levels Preferred people management / engagement skills
